Hello,

Has anyone come across this?

I've just been experimenting with DNN4.3.4 in a localhost installation. - Setting up a customized registration page using the new functions that come with 4.3.4.

All was set up ok, experimented with a few different settings and regsitered a few users.

I then deleted some of the elements that I added to the registration form and added some new elements to request on registration and also enabled Captcha - Logged out and tried to create a new registered user, just using the username and password of 'testing'

Upon clicking the register button, I received an email confirmation from DNN, but then I also received an error from the DNN installation:
http://localhost/dnn434/Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Input+string+was+not+in+a+correct+format.

I now can not view anything within the DNN install, All that is displayed is:
An error has occurred.
An error has occurred.

If I try to login using:
http://localhost/dnn434/default.aspx?ctl=login

It just takes me to the URL with the error above.

So, my DNN install is completely broken from trying to register as an ordinary user.

Luckily there is no important info on this installation, I am just running tests.

I have tried to access the log tables direct using Enterprise Manager but in the EventLog table, all I can read under a logs at the time when the error occurred is <Long Text> - any ideas how I can read the actual log data?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across the problem and if they have any idea how I caused the problem.

- - - -

I fixed this by going into the tables and manually deleting the last user that I added.

Now that I have access, this is the full error from the log files:
