Just to make sure I understand the best way to use the repository: Would it be best to put all like "reposits" together and then use the categories to further group. For instance you wouldn't want to put pictures in the same repositor as documents becasue the skin would need to be different to best display pictures rather than documents.

I guess one way to look at it would be skin-centric. If the files or images or text of items that you will be uploading will be using the same skin, it would probably make sense to use categories to group them within an instance of a repository module.

Your example fits this model. Uploaded images ( using the repository as an image gallery or portfolio ) would most likely use a skin like the 'slides' skin. While uploaded files would use one of the other skins so it would be impossible to combine them into a single repository.

Hey Steve,

Can you suggest the best setup then for the following scenario so that each missionary could use a personalized template for their newsletters.  Ideally, I would love to see the ability to use these templated newsletter in the bulk email piece so there's not a lot of duplicated effort when sending to say a monthly subscription that church members can sign up for (maybe that is already here and I just missed it)
