I hope someone can help with my problem.  I have had a site working on a local box for a while now that is DNN 3.1.1.  All of the sudden I cannot load the site.  Even on the local server.  The things I can verify is that no code changes were made, no database changes were made, and no system changes took place.  Furthermore, the event viewer doesn't really give me any information one way or another, and the IIS log shows the default.aspx for the site as code 200.

When trying to load the site or any page with in it the browser will spend a long time trying to load to eventually state that it cannot find the page.  I have tried loading directly from the directory and still no luck.  This is a small site used at home so it is not super critical.  But I have considered making it a public site.  I was wondering if anyone else has seen this?  The only changes I am unsure of are the 12 updates that Microsoft published this week.  That is around the time it stopped working, but I can't verify that is the time it stopped working.  Anyway here are some of my configurations.

Server
Win XP Pro SP 2
IIS 5.1
.NET 1.1.4322
DB SQL Srv 2000 Developer Edition

Some troubleshooting steps
Verified DB and IIS were running.  Cycled all including Windows.
Verified I could connect to the DB using other ASPX pages. 
Restored back up version of known working DNN site
Created new Virtual Directory and Application
Rebooted
ran regenIIS for 1.1
