>I tested SMTP Server and result is Email Sent Successfully

this does not actually mean that it was received correctly - check that you have set the correct password for the mail server and email address you have set in settings. Check with your mail server administrator - due to the amount of spam mail servers are being locked down more and more - I have set all my clients servers so that only emails sent by a valid server email address are actually processed ie if your mail server is mail.xxxx.com then only email addresses of ??.xxxx.com are valid so if a visitor fills out the feedback module and enters their address as aa@bbb.com then it would be rejected by the mail server mail.xxx.com - this makes the feedback modules unusable as they are currently coded but it nicely locks down the mail server. I have modified the feedback modules to simply send the email on the admin email address and quoted the senders email in the body of the email.

Actually I would suggest that you use a simple mailto link rather then the feedback module and let the visitor use their own mail server to sned the email - you can create a mailto link as a graphic to over come spam bots that harvest email addresses from web site.

So check with your hosting admin to see how they have set up your mail server. Also check the log file under admin tab and you should see a message created by the feedback module telling you what the problem was.

Note: if there are problems at the mail server end then there may not be any log entries but there should be a return message to the sender email telling you why the message could not be delivered - set up a yahoo email account and test it with that email address not one of your own.
