Hi!
Just finished set upping the forum module.
Tow Q' please:
1.Is there away to make each forum (under same group ) to be opened in a different tab? (So each tab can look different for example).
2. I logged in with a user name  that  has a role aloud to edit the  module
but it is not happening. (it happens also with other module) . Any Idea why?
Thanks Avi.

1. How we do it here is create a 'master forum' which contains all your groups with the individual forums in them. Next, we create a new tab for each group. After this we use the Add Existing MOdule option, and pull from the 'master forum'. THen, on the new page edit hte module settings. You will see something like 'Display Group', which will activate this feature.

2. Edit rights on this module don't wory the same as others in version 3.20.08 or less. (I have changed this in an upcomming version) FOr now, site or tab admins are the only ones who can truely edit the forum module.

1. OK, thanks. Steel one problem. At the master forum, clicking on a forum (which  already exists  also on a nother tab), the forum is opened in the same tab.
any way to solve that?.
2.i'll be waiting.

Thanks a lot.

There is no way around the links in the master forum but here is what I do:

I make my master forum page only available to site administrators. This means for everyong to access a specific forum group, they have to go to a specific page unless they are admin.
