My DNN install was on a domain controller and worked just fine for many months. I then ran into other network issues and have ended up completely rebuilding my network. My IIS server is no longer a domain controller which is the preferred method. My question is how can I restore my DNN? I have a backup of the database as well as a complete copy of the DNN directory. I have not attempted to do anything with this yet and any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I have moved a lot of dotnetnuke installations from machine to machine, machine to web and web to local machine. Pretty much you follow the directions for a new installation except using your dotnetnuke copy in a new virtual directory and restoring your database to the new server making sure you change the web.config to match the new settings. The most important thing not in the instructions is to make sure your portal alias's are configured properly for the new server/virtual directory.
