I've upgraded a 3.2.2 site to both 3.3.4 and to 4.3.4. In both cases the treeview skin object broke. I re-uploaded the skin to have it parsed again, and it was still broken.  I've tried getting rid of attributes in the ASCX file, but nothing seems to work. Here's the error:

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.TreeViewMenu.BuildTree(DNNNode objNode, Boolean blnPODRequest) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.TreeViewMenu.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Has anyone seen this before?

I really don't want to have to redo the skin or anything like that...

Has anyone heard of anything like this, or have any hints on how to go about trouble shooting it?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Just FYI - I got the problem solved. The solution is posted in the skinning section. DNN 4.3.4 seems to have a couple bugs in the skins and some things that used to work are now broke or other wierdness.
