When we re-order the column list using the Up and Down button, the header of the table is re-localized and displays RESCX:[LocalizedValue from rescx].HEADER

Thanks for posting this.  I left it unanswered for so long because I wanted to make the code change before I responded, but I've logged it as DOC-4173 instead.
