You must resolve the following error first:

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

(taken from your error message)

It is specific problem for your dotnet framework installation. It has to do with security configurations

You can do a google search with the string "WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF" and you will see how many people have resolved this issue

I have fixed the WRN: Assembly binding issue by adjusting my registry values as the error message says, and after a restart - I now have this error...

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.FckHtmlEditorProvider' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

My ASP.NET user has full control over the Temporary ASP.NET folder and files.  As of today, I learned that my issue is not only with the FCK.dll but with any new .dll I put in my BIN directory.  I am really desperate for a solution.... anyone with some ideas - please let me know.

For what it's worth, I'm running DNN 4.3.4 with Visual Studio 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0, and fckEditor is running just fine.

I will suggest you to re-apply permissions (Recursive). Be sure ASPNET has READ/WRITE and IUSR_MACHINE has READ

Also, you can clear your ASP.NET temp folder

(Try rebooting your server before doing those changes)
