The avatar container of posts is about 223 pixels wide on my site.  Can you guys tell me how to reduce it?  People using low resolutions are very upset by the lost space.  Heres a picture of what I'm talking about:

It looks to me like your Forum_Normal font is too big. This is taking up tons of space. As for shrinking the avatars, there is the ability in the Gallery & Smiles section to set the size by using the gallery wizard popup.

I dont want to shrink the avatars, I want to get rid of the space to the left and right of the avatars.  The table cell holding the avatar is 3x as wide as it needs to be to hold the avatar.  How can I shrink the width of this cell so its just big enough to hold the avatar?

It could be padding in your css file on the Forum_Avatar classes.
