I was doing some admin work this morning and set the DefaultModule and DefaultTab to a value other than <not specified> and now I cannot log into my site.

Can someone please tell me what the <not specified> values are so I can replace the selected values in the database?

Set them to NULL (CTRL+0 in enterprise manager).
