We desperately need help figuring out what is causing frequent Application Restart.

When users click on any links in our site for two or three times, the ASP.NET Application
will shutdown and restart. Our searches found that  “ASP.NET Application Restart” may be due to:

   1. Changes in web.config or machine.config
   2. Changes in files in \bin folder
   3. New folder under web application folder
   4. Changes of files under web application folder
   5. The possible effect of anti-virus product.

However, we have eliminated all the above causes based on careful
analysis.  We wanted to get more detailed error log by capturing exception in DNN, we failed to capture any
(we wrote codes trying to capture more exception information but couldn't get any).

Please help:
A. What are other possible reasons for Application Restart?
B. How can we capture more detailed error log so that we can figure out what is causing the restart?

Thanks

If you are using shared hosting it is probably because they have a cap on your alloted memory.  DotNetNuke takes about 100MB for a small site, and can easily go higher.

Check with your ISP to see if your application gets recycled if the memory usage is too high.
