Hi,

I usually do this under the Host Login.

So...
Login as Host.
Under Host Menu, Choose Skins.
Module dropdown menu will have option for :
1. Upload Skin.
2. Upload Container.
3. Help.
4. Online Help.

Select either 1 or 2 and upload and apply your skin or container to either the entire portal or just to admin or both. Note that when you again login as Admin, you will have that new skin to choose from.

Cheers.
