I'm looking for a module or something to accomplish this task.

In our fire dept. we run calls of course, and I would like to be able to log the calls with info like, location, date, time, and incident type. Along with this, I would like to be able to link a specific call to pictures, and also keep a running total of the calls via incident type and the overall year to date number of calls. Does anyone have any ideas of a module or perhaps a way to go about doing this with the included modules/tools. Thank you for your help and suggestions in advance.

Have a good day!

A module called SigmaPro Draconis by www.OnyakTech.com will do exactly what you are asking for.  It was designed for Six Sigma and ITIL, so you have additional incident recording options.  You also have full control to create custom categories, priorities, status codes, etc.  And, you can add your own custom fields as well.

It contains a dashboard that gives you metrics on calls, total hours, etc.  You can also create reports using the Reporting tool directly in the module itself.

For the pictures, you can add them to comments of your call or attach the image directly using the Related Files tab.

Hello MDeBaise,

If your looking for something more custom, outsource your project to the DNN Community. Get free quotes - Review - pick the best
dnnx.com

Also, have a look of one of the biggest listings of free DotNetNuke Modules (192 and growing). Perhaps you may find a way with 1 or 2 free modules.
