1. I'm using
Localization.GetString("key", this.LocalResourceFile) to query for resource strings.
When i'm logged in as admin/host, the resource key are being found and everything
look ok, when i'm logged out - the module doesn't find the keys and empty strings are
being returned...
I can't think about reasonable cause for this...

2. I'm using gridview, i want to set the asp:BoundField headerText attribute to
some dynamic text being retrieved from the resource file.
When i'm writing:
HeaderText="<%=Localization.GetString(...)%>"
I'm getting error:
"Literal content is not allowed within a..."

How can i set the value of the header text to some resource string?

Thanks.
