Mr. Empulse,

You should give this a rest.  The copyright notice does not have to stay in the page source as it is rendered in html.  It just needs to be in the actual program source code, and it should only be in the program source code if there is no substantial changes made to it.

By the way, these kinds of posts can be damaging to someone's business.  If they can prove that in court, then you can be held accountable for the damages.  If you went as far as to contact the customers of this business, they would have no trouble proving it either.

It is best to point out what you think may be a copyright violation by just sending an e-mail to marketing@dotnetnuke.com

Based on the way these people seem to operate I suspect they would want to stay far from court.  They have been caught spamming more than once in newsgroups and wikipedia, that speaks volumes for their type of business practices.

In the end what they are doign may not violate the DNNlicense but it is rather a poor way to run a business IMHO, perhaps some of us just have higher morals.
