In the ASP.net forum thread regarding GRM3 and DNNDownload3, there was a comment that GRM3 would include conversion of DNNDownload table and modules upon completion.  I have been having a problem with DNNDownload of late and am interested to know if this conversion feature is included in the current build of GRM3. Is GRM3 still in beta or is it now (or soon) a final release?

Thank you,
Joel Garcia

I never downloaded DNNDownload for personal reasons but it shouldn't be very hard to write up a script to move the files if Steve hasn't already accounted for them.

The repository is out of beta though and from what I've seen it's very stable. One of my clients has around 20 instances of the module on his site and I've had no complaints.

Joel,

Do you have the DNNDownload3 PA? I just went to download the module in the hopes of helping you out and he's not offering it for download anymore.

Cancel that search for DNNDownload. I found a version of it on the "developers" German site. From what I can see it shouldn't be overly difficult to switch you over to the repository. Send me an email at mhorton@telus.net and we can discuss what needs to be done.

I'd like to get a copy of that script if anyone writes one up.  I have hundreds of files in DNNDownload that need converting.
