I'm trying to install 3.3.4 on a Net 1.1 system with SQL Express.

I have the suggested connection string but don't know where to place it in the web.config (release.config rename). There is no connectionstring area in the 3.3.4 versions.

<!-- the old connectionString setting has been deprecated and replaced with the data provider section below -->

Do I add this section? Do I replace the defaultProvider (seems similar)?

I'm getting an error about two connectionstring sections existing when I add the new section.

thanks

In 3.* there's only one connection string, look in the appsettings section for the
