Yesterday I made three skin objcects ,include  theme switcher / add favorite / set homepage.

add favorite skin object allow user to click to add your site in his/her browse favorite lists.
set homepage skin object allow user to add your site as his/her browse home page.

theme switcher allow your site visitor choose his/her preferred theme under your site sub directory - App_Themes。

All of these control are support localization,and can be use as easy as other skinobjects .
for example,to use add favorite  in your skin . you only need to registe like this
    <%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="AddFavorite" src="~/Admin/Skins/AddFavorite.ascx" %>

 then you can put anywhere you want. for example:
<TD vAlign="middle" align="left"><dnn:AddFavorite runat="server" id="AddFavorite" /></TD>
