Ok I have installed (or should I say Tried to Install) this five times. Each time I have removed the Site and started from anew, Below is what i get from the install:

The above three lines is what I see on the page when I click on the the link after the install is done.

I am using the starter kit and also just doing the CTL+F5 to get it installed.

Did you also delete the Database?  You must delete the database to ensure a fresh install otherwise there will be problems with the install.

Thats Interesting.

Ok, lets start with a fresh 4.3.4 pack and unzip to the website folder.

        You Wrote - I am using the starter kit and also just doing the CTL+F5 to get it installed. 

Im not sure if you are referring to the "DNN Installer" or "Starter Kit" bec. Starter Kit just offers you a skin and mod templates which is irrelavent in terms of just installing DNN. 

This time try to update your web.config database strings manually and open a browser and run

http://localhost/WebSiteFolder/Install/install.aspx?mode=install

if you need to refresh

http://localhost/WebSiteFolder/Install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade
