Hi,
I got the exact same error, only after upgrading from DNN4.3.4 to DNN4.3.5
Maybe it has something to do with with a 3th party module: I make use of the SSO module from DNNMasters. (the DNN 4.3.5 version...)

Anyone any ideas ?

Regards,
Richard

It sounds like there is something in the upgrade script that relies on there only being 1 entry for a query, and some 3rd party modules may make this statement invalid. (SSO)

Do you have something similar installed as well?

Does anyone know how this can be fixed so I can get back into my site?

Thanks for your time.

I too have seen this error before but do not exactly remember how I resolved it.  I do remember, for me, that this had something to do with the upgrade script finding duplicate portal alias names in the portalalias table.  Do make sure that you backup your dnn root and database before making any changes in the database.
