I have a group of people submitting documents to my site. I disabled "Download" link and "Show Title Link" to prevent users from viewing the uploaded documents.

The problem is even though they cannot view the documents of others, they can view the settings of others documents. This allows them to "Change Owner" and even delete other documents.

How do I prevent this?

Short answer:  You can't.

Module permissions are set for the whole module, not for each document.  So there's no way to achieve this.
