Hi Crispy!
First I would like to thank you for all your answers they've helped me a lot.
There is steel one problem i found which I'm  afraid might create a problem;
If I enable the "paste images as tag " option it  works just great  BUT
If some one mistakenly will paste an [img] .......[/img]  link instead of a tag code , it will create
an endless loop which will be very hard to fix.
Is there a way to  protect that problem?

Avi,

I am not sure what can be done besides turning off images or altering the code that does the replacement. I have removed smiley and image support from the next version so the html provider will handle it now.
