Hi, I have a Q about the announcement module. Why is there such an artificially short limit (+-2000) on text size? We would like to use this mod for anouncing agendas of meetings, but with layout added, the text won't fit and is clipped. We use this mod because then we can have a feed on the home page.

Best regards, Peter

Is there a setting to increase this size?

AFAIK you can increase the size as long as the max. record size of 8k is not reached, otherwise you need to use nText instead of nVarChar datatype to store the text. Please keep in mind, that nVarchar uses 2 bytes per character.

Where is this change made and mind stepping the instructions down one notch?
