Me too, I've been all over this forum and through the documentation to no avail.

How to you link between portals? Say I want to link from a parent portal page to a child portal page. How do I do that? This is probably an easy one, but I'm a newb.

A bit more info... I have an install of DNN on a hosted server (DiscountASP.NET) and am using only one domain name. I have the parent portal (phixate.com) which has a page under Products & Services>Content Management Systems>Demo which I would like to link to a child portal that is essentially the live demo that anyone can edit. I created the child portal but don't know how to access it to add pages and link to them from outside.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Login to your parent portal, click on Add Page then go to the Advanced Settings section and expand it.  Near the bottom of this section, click on URL (a link to an external resource).  Once you click on it, you will be given a box in which to enter the URL to the external site.  Enter the URL for your child portal here.  Click on Update and you have created a link from your parent portal to a child portal.

Why not just use Dreamweaver or Frontpage...built the page then in IIS set that page as home page instead of the default aspx page...then just build simple links to the portals
