I installed the forum module, and have been going through the docs and settings and I can't figure this out??

I have a registered user created, but when I goto the "General Discussion", that user can't post anything (New Threads, Replies, Nothing!).  What gives?  I have gone into "Manage Forum".  I set the "General Discussion" to use "Registered Users" only able to edit the forum.  But everytime I login as the Registered User, he can't post anything.

If I login as any administrator, everything works just fine??

One of the biggest things I put emphasis on in the forums user documentation is that Registered Users can only post if you give that role edit permissions on the module.

Please read this very carefully.  You MUST give Registered Users Edit rights to the MODULE if you want that role to be able to post.  If you want to restrict posting further,  you can do so by using private forums and those 'authorized edit roles' you saw there.

I may have something messed up on my system, but even after granting Registered Users Edit rights to the module, they still couldn't post. Only after I added Registered Users as an "Authorized Edit Role" were my users able to Post and start new threads.
