It means that somewhere there is a problem w/ the time conversion in the forums module.  Can you please inform me what installed forum version you are using.

I installed 2 Forum modules in one page. and it comes this error.

Forum version: the newest

DNN version: 3.1.1(fresh installed)

and this error is now gone. I do not know why. But I think maybe this is the reason:

I add a new Security Roles and new user with the role, and right away I add a forum, and add the user to the forum with edit Module right. and this error comes.

I think maybe it is too fast for the server?

This module does not support multiple instances of the same module on a single page.  There is no reason to do this considering the way the module is designed.

Not understanding everything here, I can rule out the problem of your server being too fast.

Yes, you are totally right!

1. two modules could not be installed in one page.

2. you must wait about 10 minutes until the server acquire the new membership.
