I did it by using POST data instead of GET, it does introduce an extra screen in the order process, but I find the whole solution far cleaner without a huge query string.

Allan, how do you use POST data in DNN as the whole page is enclosed in a <FORM></FORM> tag and every effort I have made results in an error as we are not able to use a "form within a form."  In classic .asp we can post from individual items directly to the PayPal cart (which then opens in a new window), but in DNN I don't see a way to do that.

Do you hav a suggestion?

Alternatively, if your store does this, allows posting directly to the PayPal cart I'd sure enjoy knowing that.  For most who do not need "large" solutions it would sure make things easier to just have s "simple" store module that allows use of the PayPal standard cart solution.

You just add your PayPal fields to the page and then use the PostbackURL property of the control you are performing the postback from.

See here for an explanation of this property (which only exists in .Net 2.0).

Thank you for the patience with my asp.net 2.0 ignorance Allan.  Looks like a good solution to use.  Now a question about your store product.  Would it be possible to allow purchases by un-authenticated users without requring registration?  Perhaps by tracking by order # not by user?

If not, I could live with that.  Last question is, does your product transmit all item data/prices, etc. to PayPal or does it do much the same as the core store and simply transmit the amount and order number?
