Please help.

I have just installed DNN4.x on a Widows2003 server with SQL server2005.

I have set it up, and can access it from the server, but when I try to access it from another computer in the domain, I get the error "page cannot be displayed".

I type in the ipadresse with the VD-name, but no success.

Any ideas on what to do?

Did you add an alias that you want the server to answer to?  DNN installs by default only as localhost.  If you wish to access other than localhost, you need to add a portal alias.  The portal alias must be FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name).  You can add a portal alias by logging in as HOST and selecting the option from the host menu.
