I get the following error when I attempt to add a folder using the file manager module:

Request for the permission of type System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.

I'm running DNN v. 3.3.5 with medium trust set.

How should I resolve this?

I havnt see this error so I am probably mistaken but have you given your parent folder view access from within the file manager in dnn?

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not sure I know what actually fixed the problem because I made several modifications, none to the code.  I think it was the folder/subfolder's rights.

I understand, what happens is that when changes are made they dont propogate right away.

Therefore, its difficult to understand where it happens from.
