Hi -thanks for the response (and the advice)

answers to your questions

I started with 4.3.4 - tried to get C# but there was no C# template available for including. (Could be my fault - new at this and I used the canned procedure, i.e., just ran everything from VS)

4.3.5 procedure as follows

      1) start up VS2005
      2) new web site
      3) insert new module (C#)
      4) compile, link, & so on - everything looks good
      5) DNN comes up and I can log in - but no module is available for including ??
      6) close VS (lunch,...)
      7) startup VS again & open the website - no changes - it compiles, links etc but only displays: "The page cannot be displayed - Cannot find server or DNS Error"

- thus I cannot log in at this point.

After some deliberation I convinced that it is not DDN's problem but something with my setup (permissions, wrong installation ....)

Thanks for any advice - I will try to see if the log says anything (at step 5).

I'm just on my way to Canada so I won't be on until later next week - so pardon any delays.

/hugh
