I have a custom module that with a text Editor in it.  This module is used in two portals.  In one portal, the text Editor has a grey background and starts out with all of its text "centered" while in Rich text mode.  In the other portal, it starts out left justified, and has a white background.

Does anyone have any idea why it might be doing this?  I would prefer the text Editor to have a white background everywhere, and always start with text left justified.

Please help!?  I saw a similar post, but couldn’t find it again (there were no replies anyway).

Thanks,

Andrew

This is due to the fact that the test editor has a <body> tag of it's own.
The styles of the body of the page are applied to it.

Just change all

body
    {
    color:#000000;
    etc
    }

to:

#body
    {
    color:#000000;
    etc
    }

Since the body tag in DNN has a #body id, the style will only be applied to the actual body itself.
Here's a post about this problem
