   Hi

Having a bit of a problem and it is starting to stress me out.

I have installed the portal locally on my development machine, and have published it on to one of our servers, set up the port redirection table on the router to point to the server.

I have also added a couple of enties into the portal aliases.

I have been able to access the website, but when i log in as admin, when i try to access admin>user accounts i get an "An error has occurred." message.

Could someone please tell me how to troubleshoot this.

Many thanks

Brad

Is there any more detail associated with the "an error has occurred" message? if there is not more detail on the page -- is there an entry in the log viewer that is more verbose?

go to the users table and make sure you dont have any badly made users.  Look for a bunch of empty columns.

if so delete them.

I get the same error ("An error has occurred") when trying to access the log viewer.

Don't know what is different but i now have a bit more of a descriptive error, does this help?

"An error has occurred.
