I apologies if this has already been asked in answered. I’m setting up DNN 435 in VS2005 and I doing an in place conversion for each module. For the forums module I’ve run into:

'TreeNode' is ambiguous, imported from the namespaces or types 'DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls, System.Web.UI.WebControls'.

As well as other ambiguous naming problems in webcontrols. Is there a fix to this that does not include changing the source?

Thanks

The fix to this is to change the ascx files I believe to that anywhere that is referencing WebControls, you are using the full reference. In this case, it would be the DotNetNuke one, not the System one.
