Hi all,

I searched and searched about creating forms in the DotNetNuke. But all that was available is that there are several Form Designing Modules. Unfortunately, these are not free like the DotNetNuke itself. I just wanted to know that -- Is there a way to do just that; either form the DotNetNuke or by programming a brand new module to do that? Can anyine tell me the detailed procedure? If anyone knows, please revert back and tell me... I am sure I will be the first person to make this available free of cost to anyone who is intrested, just like the DotNetNuke.

Regards,

Sasmit. :)

currently, there is no forms module included with DotNetNuke. There are 3rd party modules available for this purposes, but I only remember having seen one free module, that I found very hard to use (sorry, forgotten the name). Therefore I recommend using one of the commercial ones.

We use XMod (Commercial Product) for many parts of our website. We use it for members to add Meets, TV Schedule Events, and for adding their own biography to our Wiki (WWWiki Open Source). We also used XMod to create our online Store. Though we have outgrown XMod as a solution for our Store...

There are quite a few commercial "Forms" solutions for sale, all seem reasonably priced, and well supported. Though We use XMod, and can recommend it for small-mid sized solutions.

Code 5 Systems has a module called Form Master

I tried out 4 different form builder modules before adopting FM. Probably the best and easiest to use forms builder module I have ever had the pleasure of using. Well worth the few sheckels they charge.
