Is there a log I can look at and print out that will show me which uers have downloaded which docments?

Yes, if you switch on "Track number of times this link is clicked" and/or "Log the user date and time for every link click" options, you can (in the edit document page for the document you are interested in) click "display" to view the log.

I have done that and I see where I can display the users who have clicked on the document.  However, i want to be able to run a report on all documents that have been clicked.  I guess I am looking for the sql query that will give me this info or minimally some direction on which tables to look in.
