I've been trying to implement the current store for a non-profit support organization, and have run into the following issues:

When populating the billing address with the "Registration Address", the Unit # is not populated.

The paypal transaction does not include the username

Need an easy way to view all recent orders. Perhaps the customer page would show a summary of the last XX orders.

Are order confirmations sent to the store email? We haven't received any during our testing, but we receive other system emails so I know the SMTP is working. Would be nice if there was a checkbox to send confirmations to this email or not.

It would be nice to have a couple different options for the "Paypal" button at the bottom of checkout. We process credit card transactions through paypal, but users get confused that the current button will only accept paypal payment.

A way for administrators to mark an order as "fulfilled". With option to send update to the customer.

Ability for non-registered users to purchase from store

Ability to set shipping price per item

Shipping calculator

Ability to add selectable options to a product (size, color, etc.)

Need a "mini cart" that can be placed in a side pane
