I've noticed that there is a lot of overlap between the concept of Forum, Blog and Article. Each starts with an initial posting and then there are 0 or more comments/replies to the original post. Of course you could distinguish each one with a purpose. For example, Forum postings frequently request help, are in the form of a question, and/or encourage discussion on a topic such as this one. Sometimes, however, an informative Forum posting could easily be a blog posting, for example an announcement of a new update and the list of features fixed and introduced. An Article also has a comments section and could be described as a blog posting in-more-depth.

Due to the overlapping nature of this type of information, I'm wondering if the Forum module could have a RenderingProvider that displayed the Forum like a blog, for example. The Aggragated feature is very much like that already - displaying the Forum like a blog listing.

I'm just musing out aloud...
