When you link directly to a file the web browser will open the file in whatever program your computer is set to use. it may be iTunes, Media Player, or IE or you may be set to save all files and thus the save prompt. In order to open a new window you will need to replace the File URL Link with a link to open a specific page in a new window. That link will also need to carry a variable to code in the new window to know which file to play. Sorry, I do not have a sample of how to do this.

If someone could make a sample or find a solution, it would be nice. at least now you know what is needed to do...

i am not a coder or near that so basically i am blank...
