You may try reinstalling the reports module and see if it will install for you manually.

I try reinstalling the reports module, But it still error!

E.g:

I am getting exactly the same issue... anyone got any ideas?

I have had a couple of users report this issue to me on hosted sites, I think it stems from the pa installer attempting to add the codeSubdirectory tag for C# modules. Can you confirm/deny whether or not this site is running under medium trust?
