How does one move a portal on one machine to another machine?  I need exact copy of portal on Machine A to be on Machine B - exporting template including content and creating new portal on machine B with template from Machine A did not work - I am assuming this is because of user data, etc, in the DNN tables on Machine A?

What is the proper way to migrate a DNN portal between machines that have the same DNN version ?

The best way to move a complete portal is by backing up and restoring the file system and database from MachineA to MachineB. You'll need to modify the PortalAlias table to get the portal to respond to MachineB's URL

Would that be the entire filesystem or just the DNN database as well as any database I use with the portal? Along with the associated files with the site?  It is impossible for me to do a complete mirror of machine A to B, but I can grab DB's and "Site" Informations...
