I see. It's possible that the file got lost.

Can you get into your FTP site and see if the files are there? I suspect a permissions problem; that's usually the case. If the file is there, that is probably the problem. If it is not, reloading might work, but I'm not an expert at that.

The file was there, so I overwrote it with the install version, but that didn't help, i'm still having the same problem.  I really don;t know what to do next and i really need this feature to work.

Get your ISP to check the permissions of the Portals, Portals\0 and the Portals\0\subfolders to make sure ASP.Net has full control. This includes IWPD having read, write and modify permissions for these folders.

The ISP reset my permissions and set them all to FULL, i'm still having the problem though?

Gone beyond me, then.

One last thing - there were no changes to web.config were there? Part of the error message says:

error BC30456: 'Key' is not a member
of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeNode'

If you did an upgrade and did not carry over the old keys, that would definitely cause a problem, but it would also be unlikely you could even get into the site, so I don't think that's it.
