Did you add an executionTimeout="xxx" to the same line? In my experience you'll probably need that as well especially if the server isn't sitting right beside you. I've got the repository doing some fairly large files on http://www.gmss.org without any problems.

File size is written to the database on upload and is stored in the grmRepositoryObjects table.

Sorry... just realized I didn't update this properly...  That was the problem: I increased the file size but di not increase the timeout to accomodate the longer upload/download time.  Once I did, it worked fine.

Much appreciated Mike... you're really on top of the Repository forums.  I have to say, that this is one of the best supported areas of the DNN site... good on ya!
