Hi all

I'm very happy that I developed my first module and it's worked will but the problem is in the content that when I added words with arabic language it appears ??? ???? ?????? ??????

 

please help me

make sure, that you always use unicode datatypes to store your texts (use nvarchar instead of varchar and ntext instead of text)

Hi

Thanks  leupold

but I have anew problem that I make Installation package to my module but while installing this module and after reading my files in Zip file this error appears to me 

EndJob Reading files done.
 
Failure ExceptionSystem.Exception: Dnn load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnLoaderFactory.GetDnnAdapter() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

It is difficult to support with few information, some ideas:

  • check the event log for a more descriptive explanation of the error cause
  • check the log of a successfull installation and compare, which is the next step that fails
    (e.g. dnn file is missing, malformed or named incorrectly)
