I am putting together a web site using DNN 4.  The site has different pages, each giving information on a specific product.  I have made a skin which is used by the whole site (I set it as the Portal Skin under Admin > Site Settings) and then a skin for each of the products (I set them as the Page Skin under the page Settings).  Each of the product skins differs by just the css file.  The ascx file is the same for all of them, and also the same as the ascx file for the main site skin.  Is there some way I can create several skins which all share the same ascx file, or even skins which dont have an ascx file but somehow inherit the ascx file of the portal's skin?  I don't want to have multiple ascx files because I am actively working on them and it would be nice to just edit a single file and not have to replicate the changes to all of them every time I change something.  Vista will have support for symbolic links ala Unix, which would be IMHO the perfect solution (just create one ascx file and symlink to several times to create the other ascx files), but obviously Vista is not out yet so that solution is currently not an option.  Thanks in advance for any help with this.

You could do it in a number of ways. Perhaps using overriding CSS though would be easiest? You could put CSS on each of the pages that would override the skin.css file, changing the colors, or fonts, or whatever you are effectively trying to change.

How would that allow me to use a single ascx file for all of the skins?
