We've been working with the DNN core Forum module, and have had enough problems with it that we are looking around for a third party forum module. Is anyone using a third party forum module that they consider reliable and would recommend?

Thanks.

We're using Active Forums, and highly recommend them. They even have a SQL script that will import your Core forum posts to Active Forum. Though we had problems with attachments porting over. Wasn't that big of an issue since we decided to go with Active Forums early on. When we did have support questions, they were promptly answered. They use a support system they created called Active Cases, which works & looks nicely. They even have a few forum skins to choose from btw.

Example sites

Active Forums

My vote would go to Active Forums as well.
