Yesterday haev I downloaded and Installed (very easily) DDN, I'm evaluating it and I wold like to understand two or three things:

  • is possible to group pages in category and enable/disable operations (view, edit, ...) for users groups
  • is possible to show/hide others objects (banners, links, announcemens) for users groups
  • is possible to show on the main page only the abstract of a page and put a link to the full document

Thanks

Marcello

  • you can create as many security roles as you like and asssociate users
  • you can grant view and edit access for pages and modules per role

to show an abstract on the first page and link to the details, you need to place the Announcements module on it.
