Hello

whe I try to access to the file manager the follow error ocur:

 

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: ? ---> System.MissingMethodException: ? at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileSystem.FileManager.AddNode(String strName, String strKey, eImageType eImage, TreeNodeCollection objNodes) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileSystem.FileManager.BindFolderTree() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileSystem.FileManager.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

 

anyone could help me with this? I'm using 3.2.2 version.

I'm not that good at reading errors, but my File Manager failed too. If you had deleted files or folders thru FTP, this will cause a problem. The info stays in the DB tables (Folders and Files) even though the Portal folders or files were removed. These 'orphans' cause problems.

Will Ballard covers the issue with some thoughts. Will also mentions Dave Buckner's TFT  tool that finds orphan files in your DB. Go to Dave's site and register for access to this free tool.

To fix orphan folders, just compare the listings in your DB _Folders table with the folders in the right Portal folder, probably Portal\0. You can do the same for files in the _Files table or use Dave's tool.
