Can anyone recommend a fast, robust and reliable hosting provider to host a number of DNN solutions?  I am looking for a provider who offers good flexibility as well as fast load times.

Many thanks.

I have been using ASPnix for a while and like them.

One thing you have to look for is whether or not any modules you are going to use require full vs medium trust. Some providers do not offer full trust for DNN installs. I also find direct access to SQL Server to be helpful. Whoever you use you may want to get the cheapest package just to test them out. You can always upgrade later.

I have several DNN sites that are currently hosted on http://www.ultimahosts.net/

Ultima Hosts have a really excellent service and support staff, great package prices and quick response time.

Unfortunately finding a host that meets all of my needs is so hard, I have to take what I can get. However there are many hosts which are favorites around here. WebHost4Life (not fast IMO), Many others with banners on this site (Too pricey once you figure out thier pricing structure), etc. I have found one that seems very fast and I love the hosting control panel, but they charge you on extra domain aliases (3essentials.com), I am also using weberz.com, which is fast and cheap but due to some sort of server caching along with some permissions they told me they will not adjust I have problems with 3rd party modules. I will be leaving them once I find a suitable replacement. I absolutely loved the features and price at blazernetwork, but they went up in a blaze and left my site hanging. Looks like they are back again, but I'll never trust them again. Reseller Choice is pretty good all around. I'd still be using them but I like to offer email service for domain aliases which they don't support. Only the primary domain will really have email.

I guess my suggestion depends on how you feel about spending $5 to $15 per month more that the super cheap hosting plans out there. This amount extra per month is well worth the money to me expecially when you compare the specs and the support between the providers. Unfortunately it is often hard to tell how good the support will be until after you've got something up and running. PowerDNN has been excellent in the 6 months I have been using them. When you call / email for support the person who answers the phone knows all about DNN - no automated voice attendent, no support tickets, no tech support who really doesn't know DNN, no tech support that isn't in the same place as the server, no bull. I like that. I also like the fact that I never have to install upgrade's - they can do it for you. And since they are a DNN benefactor they have the upgrades ready to go the day it is released to the public.
