I have searched high and low for a way to display a list of DNN registered users, but found none.

Either this is because it cannot be done, or because it's so simple nobody would write about it, but since I'm fairly new at this, I still haven't figured it out.

Thought it might be done with the User defined table, but it will not pull data from the DNN tables, only create it's own.

The "contacts" module also have no way to interact with registered DNN users, and the Links doesn't seem to be able to cut it either.

Found a third party module for it, but it won't work with DNN 4 (smart thinker)

Can anybody help?

- I really can't believe this is so difficult, it ought to be a very used functionality.

Hello,

Have you seen the User Directory (UserProfile module)

This might be too basic
You could use the reports module available in the core and set the sql statement using the host account to list the DNN users from the Users table. This query will just list out the users and you can set the report module to allow sorting and paging if you like.
SELECT     Username, FirstName, LastName, Email, DisplayName
FROM         Users

From there you can copy and paste the data

Hi Rodney,

As I mentioned, I have tried it, and it won't work with DNN 4.

The Smartthinker homepage states itself that "Please note that this module does not use the DNN 4.x Membership Provider architecture."

Hi Michealobrien,

Great!

This was just what I was looking for.
I had a hunch this was so easy that nobody would care to write about it.
Haven't really been using the reports module yet, but am certain that this will change.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
